© Dolan Media Newswires 2009.LONG ISLAND, NY -- Riverhead Building Supply has acquired JT's Lumber, a two-store, building materials retailer in Rhode Island.
In business for more than 100 years, JT's has locations in North Kingstown and Middletown, which will continue to operate under the JT's Lumber name, according to a statement. Other terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
The expansion also includes two JT's Signature Spaces design centers, which Riverhead Building Supply plans to rename Perimeters, after its' own designer showrooms.
Headquartered in Shirley, Riverhead Building Supply operates nine retail lumber and building supply locations on Long Island.
